Track record in capability and competency building and coaching of staff is required. Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a manager running a portfolio of 20+ technical experts.

Key Responsibilities

• API Strategy Execution: Drive the implementation of BCB’s API-first strategy, aligning with the broader enterprise architecture and leveraging CIB APIs where appropriate.
• Domain Service Engineering: Design and build modular, headless domain services that decouple business logic from presentation layers, enabling omnichannel delivery.
• Platform Enablement: Lead the development of foundational services for BCB Platforms, ensuring alignment with BIAN standards and integration with existing systems.
• Architecture & Governance: Collaborate with the Architecture Governance Committee to define and socialize milestone architectures, including orchestration and customer profile services.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and cloud-native development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions that deliver business value.
