Job Description

• Deliver R&M standard by applying smart spend principles – Be at 100% of AOP at full year
• Deliver improved equipment reliability through planning and maintenance execution - Planned work @ 2% and unplanned @ 4%
• Support capex execution for siteto accelerate top line growth – ensure spend as per AOP with 1.5% critical spares to CARV through reviews
• Lead PeMM Maturity through closure of short and long term maintenance improvement action plans (MIAP)
• Drive ReCon agenda by achieving AOP targets for water and energy.
   

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree or Diploma plus Government Certificate of Competency with 5 to 7 years related experience.
• Self awareness thus being able to quickly adapt with the constant changes
• Quick and effective communication skills with the least amount of ambiguity
• Network capabilities to find the fastest resolve versus reinventing solutions
