English / French Copywriter / Team Leader - Epping at Status Staffing

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree and/or a formal professional Marketing qualification
• English first language (Previous experience in foreign countries such as UK and USA)
• Excellent English writing skills
• 5 years of experience in a tenders, bidding, sales, communication or procurement environment
• Previous experience in managing staff
• Able to function well in a highly pressurized, deadline-driven environment
• Quick on their feet and assertive yet tactful in motivating other members of the tender’s team to produce a successful submission

DUTIES:

• Work with the General Tenders Division Manager and manage a team of least three team members to coordinate all tender responses
• Responsible for all tender responses for different activities such as relocation and archiving within English speaking countries such as UK, USA and Europe
• Meet Deadlines
• Marketing
• Coordinate and compile tender responses on behalf of subsidiaries worldwide
• Provide presentations and other sales support documents for Salespersons globally
• Provision of Partnership Agreements, Customs information and other legal documentation
• Internal processes and operational requirements
• Customer satisfaction and service
