    Enterprise Account Manager - FS&I

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets in the FS&I sector.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on enterprise accounts, including Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and FNB.
    • Identify and engage new business opportunities, demonstrating a hunter’s mindset to expand HPE's market presence.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in the FS&I industry.
    • Drive negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful implementation of HPE solutions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning HPE’s solutions to address those needs.
    • Report regularly to the Country Sales Lead on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
    • A proven track record in enterprise sales within the FS&I industry.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
    • Strong understanding of the FS&I market, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
    • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • A self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a hunter’s mindset and the ability to work independently.
