    Digital Sales Account Manager - Enterprise

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell the full HPE portfolio to enterprise clients across a variety of industries.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify new opportunities.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning HPE solutions to meet their needs.
    • Stay updated on HPE products, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide clients with expert insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions tailored to enterprise clients.
    • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a focus on IT sales.

    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage and maintain the MD’s complex calendar, ensuring optimal time management and alignment with strategic priorities.
    • Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes; track follow-ups.
    • Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.

    Communication Management:

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is highly preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a multinational or technology-focused organization.
    • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets in the FS&I sector.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on enterprise accounts, including Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and FNB.

    • Strong understanding of the FS&I market, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
    • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • A self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a hunter’s mindset and the ability to work independently.

    Storage Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new storage solutions business opportunities.

    Hybrid Cloud Support Engineer

    DUTIES:

    • Delivery of high-quality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the client base
    • Responding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, customer incidents, queries or complaints.
    • You will be troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of SME IT systems
    • You will have a ‘hands on’ problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA timeframes
    • Work on cases remotely via phone, email and Internet
    • Hardware, software, desktop, network and infrastructure support
    • Take ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution.
    • Ability to work in a structured manner predominantly, and when required be reactive (all hands to the pump during major incidents)
    • Ensuring SLA’s are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.
    • Application troubleshooting

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1 year experience providing IT Support in an enterprise environment
    • 1 year experience working with Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Azure
    • Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs massively advantageous but not a deal breaker
    • ITIL foundation certification
    • Fluent English
