    Enterprise Sales Executive- Cyber Defence Solutions

    The Role:

    For our office in Johannesburg, we are looking to recruit an Enterprise Sales Executive, whose responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of Business Development activities for a wide range of Cyber Defence Solutions.

    The Business Development responsibilities include:

    • Lead generation
    • Sales presentations and demos
    • Proof of concepts
    • Contracting 
    • Implementation
    • Account Management

    The Defence Solutions are varied, and cover amongst others:

    • General awareness and expert training
    • Cyber threat intelligence services
    • Email filtering systems
    • Endpoint and network detection and response solutions 
    • Breach attack simulation platforms
    • Provision of comprehensive managed security solutions
    • CGCIS candidates may be subjected to pre employment tests.


    Your Profile:

    We are open to a variety of backgrounds and experiences, but as an ideal candidate your must have:

    • A proven track record in selling and deploying cyber defence (or security) solutions
    • An extensive netowrk across South Africa at the level of key decision-makers for cyber defence solutions in large enterprises
    • A demonstrable method of lead generation and client engagement the pre-empts competitive tender processes, and does not rely on PR, advertising or events
    • The willingness to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and do a lot of the work yourself (initially)

    • How you typically approach the sales cycle of cyber defence (or security) solutions, explain each step in detail and how you tend to initiate and close deals before companies issue tenders
    • Your network of relevant key decision-makers in large enterprises in South Africa
    • What personality traits and competences define a successful sales executive and how well you fit that description
