ERP Analyst (Within Public Records Management, Revenue Services and Plant Maintenance) at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• Minimum qualification National diploma supported by SAPcertification. Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bdegree) will be given preference
• Minimum of one (1) year’s relevant experience in providing andsupporting SAP functions.

Key Performance Areas

• Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems within own area ofresponsibility
• Maintain effective internal/external client/user relationships
• Execute unit testing and string testing and business scenario testingsolutions
• Provide user support including dealing with Helpdesk issues asrequired
• Assist with preparation of training and business requirementsdocumentation
• Assist with visiting workstations and work sites to identify issues, assessusage and promote the solutions and good practice
• Apply business functional knowledge and skills by makingsuggestions.
