Carry out all concierge requests that are uploaded on the intranet, including car license renewals, click & collect, laundry delivery and collection, and any other ad-hoc tasks that make Ignitioners’ lives easier.
Ensure tasks are conducted timeously and proactively. Communicate with employees to keep them updated on the progress of task completion.
Arrange end-to-end birthday bucket list campaign: select who will win on a weekly basis, arrange the gift, coordinate cake, social media and team activities.
Support EX team with all events as and when needed – this includes all EX-events such as our infamous sales incentive events & rewards recognition type events.
Manage EX expense claims by submitting them onto Expensify by the 5th working day of the month.
Daily management and booking of the internal car wash offered at Ignition.
End-to-end execution of smaller novelty events such as Halloween and Valentines Day.
Requirements
Are you this person?
Your own car and valid driver’s license -essential
At least 3 years in a customer service or similar role
Flexible with your time – events can be held outside of office hours.
Branding / Marketing / Events experience is a bonus.
Excellent organizational skills
Strong execution skills
An eye for detail – our events is always high quality, no matter how big or small.
Calm under pressure – can problem-solve in the moment.
