Executive Fintech Applications at Paracon

Responsibility

• Deliver innovative fintech and customer-centric applications that set new industry standards.
• Ensure the company stays at the forefront of digital innovations in the fintech space.
• Drive growth and profitability through strategic application development.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Be an integral member of the Executive team in driving the companies and it’s IT solutions into the future
• Formulate and implement strategies for customer-centric and fintech applications that align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps that foster innovation and drive growth.
• Execution of strategic development on Stores/POS Solutions as well as customer & virtual products within the Group
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with FinTech initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory
• CAPEX and OPEX budget (setup and management and executing)
• Store financial switching management (3rd parties)

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus).
• 10+ years’ experience in senior management
• 10+ years’ experience in experience working with financial systems & with digital solutions systems
• A proven track record of success in a leadership role within the fintech or technology industry.
• Experience in banking / financial services will be advantageous
• Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on customer-centric, store solutions and fintech applications.
• Demonstrated experience in leading innovation and prototyping initiatives.
• A history of successfully managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or fintech are a plus.
