Job Description

• Accountable for the Human Capital strategy implementation
• Accountable for the management of the whole Human Capital value chain
• Accountable for the facilitation of compensation, benefits, employment and employee relations programs
• Ensure compliance with company legal and HC practices as well as with legislative and regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with the Group Talent team to identify talent gaps and succession issues before they affect the business and with the emphasis on International mobility
• Performance Management consulting and organisational development
• Oversee the implementation of diversity, transformation and sustainability programmes and processes
• Accountable for effective Employee Relations and Conflict Management
• Accountable for the Operational Human Capital risk management
• Responsible for effective Human Capital team leadership
• Responsible for the Management of various human capital projects

Duties & Responsibilities

• Qualifications & Experience
• NQF Level 7: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• 8 – 10 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist at Executive Management level
• 8 years of broad and progressive HR experience with a proven track record as a business partner who effectively collaborates with functional specialists, management, and leadership
• Industry knowledge will be an advantage
• Extensive experience in project management, change management and consulting is essential
• Knowledge and application of human resources processes and best practice
• An in-depth knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements
• Strong business acumen and proven learning agility
•    Strong International experience
