    Export Part Sales Administrator (Mining / Equipment / CRM / Sales) – Johannesburg

    Job Description:

    Our client, a mining service provider, is seeking an Export Part Sales Administrator who will play a vital role in the receiving and placing / expediting of Client / Dealer orders for the full range of company products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote total customer / Dealer satisfaction internally and externally through providing professional services and prompt query resolution.
    • Develop positive relationships with Customers / Dealers and provide professional service and support to these customers / Dealers.
    • Ensure all enquiries and sales orders from customers / Dealers are received and processed within agreed timescales and logging these correctly onto the relevant electronic systems.
    • Responsible for maintaining Region customer / Dealer data and matters dealing with the relationship on CRM for current and new clients.
    • Undertakes competitor analysis, monitor market trends and recommend actions to be taken.
    • Analyse customer / Dealer spend versus number of machines in operation for each Region.
    • Establish reasons for lost quotations.
    • Arranging for dispatch of orders along with correct documentation in liaison with Stores & Logistics.
    • Preparing Sales and Backorder reports.
    • Analysing GPs in order to obtain an understanding of OFI initiatives that can be implemented to achieve the required Price Group margin targets.
    • Raising OFIs in response to customer concerns and ensuring that the matter is followed through.
    • Providing input in exports contracts in terms of incoterms, payment approach and other relevant clauses.
    • Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
    • Upselling and qualifying new leads.
    • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
    • Export Parts Administrator with at least 3 years' experience in an Export environment.
    • Grade 12 certification.
    • Knowledge of INCOTERMS / Exports sales environment & relevant documentation.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office & CRM.
    • Microsoft Dynamics AX.
    • Fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
    • A sound working knowledge of mechanical drawings pertaining to part numbers and bills of material.
