Utilise the "DR system" for 100% closure of areas and projects, addressing shortages promptly.
Implement and maintain Health and Safety Systems, ensuring operational safety targets are met.
Drive the implementation of STRUMIS for documentation control, procurement, and production control.
Lead continuous improvement efforts, investigating and solving production problems.
Monitor workshop errors and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Conduct weekly Workshop Team Planning Meetings, tracking progress against key metrics.
Lead and develop the workshop team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in operations/fabrication/production.
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a mid-size business.
Strong track record of managing successful fabrication teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and STRUMIS.
