Facilities Coordinator Intern at Alstom

Purpose:

• Co-ordinate and engage in the planning & monitoring of site requirements related to facilities
• Conduct facility inspections of work to ensure quality standards are met
• Support all facility management services at service centre
• Ensure internal procedures and expectations are respected and implemented
• Manage all building and workshop defects
• Ensure sites full compliance to all health and safety requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Construction management Diploma / Facilities management Qualification.
• No previous work experience
• South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
• Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills
• Excellent communicate skills in English
• MS Office literate & Projects
