Field Sales Representative | Durban South at Measured Ability Group of Companies

• Our client, a well-established business in the paper supply and production sector, is seeking a driven and energetic Field Sales Representative to drive new business and strengthen client relationships across the region.
• This role is suited to a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently in a field-based sales environment and brings a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building long-term client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular on-site visits to engage with customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Promote products and work towards achieving sales targets
• Attend scheduled office meetings to review progress and align with the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role with a strong track record
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with face-to-face and telephonic client engagement
• Computer literate with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
