Field Support IT Technician at Spinnaker Software

We require a Field Support IT Technician at our Free State (Bloemfontein) branch.
The Support Technician is responsible for on-site installations and to provide second line specialist support. Assisting computer users by answering questions, resolving technical problems and maintaining the customers' network, software and computer equipment relating to our ARCH Products. To ensure continuous customers' satisfaction and service delivery demands to ensure SLA is met.

Minimum Requirements

• IT qualification or certification (A+ N+ / MCSE / Diploma / Degree)
• IT graduates will be considered for this position
• MUST Have; Own vehicle & Valid license (to travel to clients when required)
• Very Important; Ability to travel and work long hours - MUST be willing to work weekends, standby & overtime
• Hardware Maintenance, Retail Experience, Software Support and SQL exposure (advantageous)
• Professional communication skills in English
