We are recruiting a talented Finance Analyst/Partner for a Global FMCG Multinational  with over 50 recognized household brands world wide. The main responsibility is to drive Decision Making for profitable growth by providing indepth financial support on all of the categories, within the business , locally and Sub Saharan Africa

•  Provide Financial Analysis and recommendations to Category ,Sales and Marketing Teams to support and deliver strategic objectives of the business
•  Support and Facilitate recommendations and evaluate all Brand business activities ,NPD Launches ,SKU optimization and Rationalisation,P&L'S etc
•  Ensure strong cross functional connectivity to drive execution and inform pricing and mix opportunities

 This is a growth role and requires a strategist who can use initiative to drive results. Strong Business Acumen and ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders is key to this role

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in Financial Analysis /business partnering position
• Ability to interpret Financial and non Financial data
• Finance Degree
•  CA,CIMA
• Experience operating in FMCG essential
