Finance Manager – Foreign Operations at Salt South Africa

Overview:

• Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial management across a multi-entity group. This is a hands-on role with exposure to treasury, group reporting, tax, profitability and commercial matters.
• You’ll work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders, providing financial insight while helping ensure strong governance, cost control and compliance across the group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee treasury, liquidity, investments and inter-company funding.
• Manage group consolidations, financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee tax, transfer pricing and inter-company arrangements.
• Review commercial agreements and support contract governance.
• Drive cost control, profitability analysis and cash-flow optimisation.
• Provide financial input into pricing, acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Participate in Board and committee meetings.
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• CA(SA) or equivalent international CA qualification.
• 8+ years’ post-qualification experience in a multi-entity group environment.
• Strong experience in treasury, consolidations and tax.
• Experience with transfer pricing and commercial contracts.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
