Financial Accountant at Hays

Hays Senior Finance are working with a rapidly growing International business who are looking to expand their finance team by appointing a qualified Financial Accountant from a mid-tier Practice. This business has grown year on year over the last five years and have expanded Internationally following significant investment. This technology led business has always been forward thinking and have regional offices to be used when required but they positively support home working.

As Financial Accountant you will be Balance Sheet focused and work closely with the Group Financial Controller. You will have strong financial controls and previous experience auditing International companies, preferably with exposure to UK GAAP, US GAAP, FRS102. This role is the perfect stepping stone into a Finance Manager role and then Financial Controller positions. Additional duties and project work will be added to the role incrementally.

If you are a newly qualified, Practice trained accountant looking to make a first move into Industry with a rapidly expanding company then this is the role for you. You must be based in the North West and be willing to travel to an office (outside of Covid) at least once a week. The starting salary will be £40-45K and you can expect this to increase on a regular basis in line with your development.
