Financial Advisor - Funeral Plan at iMasFinance

Job Purpose:

• To promote and sell IMAS Funeral Insurance product to members ensuring that members receive appropriate and affordable funeral cover solutions. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining strong member relationships, achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Outputs:

• Market and sell IMAS Funeral Insurance products to prospective and existing members.
• Conduct comprehensive client needs analyses to identify appropriate funeral cover solutions.
• Provide compliant financial advice in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Service and support new and existing members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure the accurate completion and submission of all new business documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks on all applications to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members through ongoing engagement and service.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell appropriate financial products and services.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation.
• Deliver professional customer service while upholding the values and reputation of IMAS Funeral Insurance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4 as per FSCA legislative requirements
• RE5 as per FSCA legislative requirements 
• At least 1 year proven sales experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry
• Code 8 Valid SA Drivers Licence (manual transmission)
