Financial Manager: Finance Data and Platforms 

The Financial Manager: Finance Data and Platforms is responsible for driving financial data and platform initiatives within the Product House and across the group - ensuring alignment and identifying opportunities to leverage financial capabilities and streamline finance data, systems, practices and controls. Focus areas of the role include innovation, engaging with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for broader process and system enhancements and tracking, measuring, communicating and reporting on costs, progress and benefits, and ensuring the appropriate financial principles, requirements and results are adequately considered and produced through all initiatives. The role must contribute to Strategic Planning and ensure the longer term viability of the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Qualification - Registered Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• Preferred Qualification - Registered Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• Experience - Five to eight years Financial reporting and technical accounting A basic understanding of systems architecture and data highly preferred

• Manages and reports on cost usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
• Manages people performance in the area of responsibility

• Drives the delivery of platform and data initiatives
• Participates in projects in the capacity required
• Maintains Risk Reporting Data processes and data flows
• Identifies and drives innovative, strategic improvement initiatives
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders
• Ensures customer excellence through interaction with internal and external customers throughout all business activities
• Consults with line managers to plan, control and report on financial activities and performance of the area
