Our client, a well-established and respected financial services company, is looking for a highly organised and client-focused Financial Services Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the financial services industry who enjoys administration, building client relationships, and supporting Financial Planners in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Planning Partners.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and efficient service.
Prepare client documentation, fact finds, and review packs.
Process new business applications and client transfers.
Ensure all FICA and AML documentation is complete and compliant.
Liaise with product providers regarding applications, queries, underwriting, and commissions.
Maintain accurate client records on Xplan and ensure documentation is uploaded and updated.
Coordinate client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements.
Assist with diary management, client communications, and general office administration.
Minimum Requirements
Matric.
Relevant tertiary qualification or financial services-related studies would be advantageous.
2–3 years' administration experience within the financial services industry.
Sound understanding of FICA, FAIS, and financial services administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Experience using Xplan will be highly advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
