Job Description
- Leading a site team to fully implement PepsiCo EHS Standards across all departments and shifts.
- Correctly fault find and repair pneumatic,hydraulic, and mechanical machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, reduce downtime and maintenance costs
- Respond to machinery breakdowns
- Able to read plans and drawings to be able to construct, assemble, manufacture (lathe + milling) and fit all parts of a machine
- Basic knowledge on reading pneumatic and hydraulic drawings
- Able to install, commission, refurbuish and improve equipment unsupervised
- Experience in packaging machines (Fawema) and scales would be beneficial.
- Assist with creating a safe working environment
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 -5 years relevant experience with similar FMCG operations and Environmental, Health and Safety field.
- N3 ,Trade Tested Fitter and Turner
