Formulator F/M at ADM

PRIMARY PURPOSE

• Premix formulation and optimization. Take a leading role ensuring technical requirements and implementation of formulas at the manufacturing plant in Brits are met.  Ensure Product registration & labels are complaint and up to date.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties of this role will include:

• Premix formulation & Optimization  
• Tender premix formulation
• Consultant’s premix formulation
• ADM Portfolio maintenance
• Operational formulation
• Formulation Costing

Regulatory

• Maintain Product Registrations
• Labels and SDS design

Digital applications

• Formulation software admin & maintenance
• Matrix calculations

Analytical control

• NIR  : maintenance of device & calibrations, reporting

THE CANDIDATE
A relevant degree in B.Sc. Agric – Animal Nutrition
Experience:

• 2 years’ Experience in premix formulation of all species
• 1 years’ Experience in production and operations environment
• 1 years Industry experience
