Job Description
Accountablities:
Utilise and optimize available technology to track the vehicles movement
Monitor load plan and communicate deviations to route planned
Review and analyse daily trip sheet and feedback to management
Accessibility to customers and communicate any delays with customers’ delivery
Make adjustments to the load plan to ensure service and efficiency responsiveness
Work with distribution and sales team to develop priorization rules for loads to minimize delays delivery
Liaising with 3rd party transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods
Produce and review various performance reports to drive results
Update and maintain the master data monthly
Monitor KPI’s daily and advise
Qualifications/Requirements
Matric certificate
Completed Tertiary qualification
Knowledge and experience in routing
Willing to work on weekends.
