Reporting directly to the Fund Manager, this role seeks to ensure that information flows accurately and efficiently between executive management, its service providers & investors.
From overseeing the external valuation process to taking minutes, sourcing data, formulating prospectus packs, and managing complicated agenda task tracking, this role will certainly have you on your feet and therefore require someone who is able to manage their own time optimally.
A mature but fast-paced individual is sought who can work well within this busy team which relies on each other for accurate information which might need to be supplied at a moment’s notice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a support role within a property or investment environment, be able to work well under pressure, have excellent communication skills, a stable work history and an accountable attitude.
