    General Maintenance Clerk - Epping Bakery

    Job Overview:

    • Administer the day-to-day admin and adhoc queries within the plant maintenance department.

    Various admin and maintenance duties include:

    • Weekly stocks take
    • Inventory management and recording of usage
    • Open weekly preventative maintenance job cards and closing after completion
    • Recording breakdowns, logging/tracking overtime

    Qualifications

    • Matric certificate
    • Experience in stock counts and balancing
    • Strong numerical skills
    • SAP experience
    • Plant maintenance scheduling reporting
