General Manager - Academic Attire (JB4075) at Kontak Recruitment

Minimum Requirements: 

• Driver’s License and own vehicle 
• Experience in customer service. 
• Experience in a management position. 

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team ensuring effective communication, motivation, and training of team members.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures. Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee stock management, including inventory tracking, ordering, and replenishment. Ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, always ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and manage academic attire hire for various events, including graduations and ceremonies. Ensure timely delivery and collection of attire as per customer requirements.
• Supervise cash handling procedures, including cash-ups and reconciliation. Implement measures to prevent theft and ensure financial integrity.
• Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, especially during peak seasons and events. Accommodate special requirements, such as late openings for international customers, and traveling to events. 
• Uphold a high level of trust and integrity within the team. 
• Adapt to the unique challenges of the industry by thinking creatively and innovatively.
