    Global CSC SA High Net Worth Team Leader (Extended Hours team)

    Description of the role 

    A CSC SA HNW EH team leader promotes exceptional client experience across Investec's various financial products by ensuring that the team delivers against our client service principles. The ability to influence your team, drive/enable strategy, build and maintain stakeholder relationships is fundamental to the role. An in-depth understanding of risk needs to be demonstrated whilst also maintaining a client centric approach.

    You will be required to work a maximum of 5 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, including banking/ Public holidays. (Rostered times can be anytime within a 24 hour day, as per business need)

    Description of the skill and experience required 

    • Minimum 2 years experience in leadership 
    • Proficiency in translating the group and CSC strategy into well-defined performance metrics and effectively communicating them.
    • Promote and cultivate teamwork
    • Passionate about client service
    • Entrepreneurial mind set and Innovative thinker
    • Highly self-motivated and driven
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Experience in working in high intense environments

    • Operational and Risk management skills
