• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
• Heat treatment – Optimize heat treatment cycles for best metallurgical Properties 
• Sand System -Support the Furan sand system Controls
• Production – Collaborate with production to maintain scrap to <3% of total tonnage produced/month.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering (Physical Metallurgy)
• Intermediate understanding of foundry operations.
• Technical report writing
