The Graphic Designer will manage the entire design process from defining requirements to creating visual communications, content, and marketing collateral for all brands across all platforms that engage the company’s audience.
You will work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs.
Job duties:
Follow the brand brief to conceptualize, design, and execute visual materials across various mediums, including digital and print (e.g., graphics, formatting, look and feel, infographics, social media visuals, presentations, social media and email banners, templates, logos, headers and footers, training materials and marketing collateral)
Maintain brand consistency across all company and project materials, adhering to established style guides and standards.
Liaise with all relevant departments, teams, and external providers– to meet design requirements, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Update and maintain a database of relevant service providers, i.e., photographers, videographers, etc.
Manage photos and video library access.
Set monthly training sessions were required – upskill media team with basic design skills.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and software, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.
Job requirements and experience:
5 years + proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Up to date with the latest design trends and tools
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Video editing experience / capabilities / skills – advantageous
