SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Good working knowledge of the following tools is required:

• InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop 

Advantageous skills:

• Figma UI/UX skills, Premiere Pro video editing, After Effects motion graphics, any coding or development experience.
• A sound knowledge of design principles
• A good portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to respond to a brief creatively
• Ability to communicate rationales behind creative work
• A strong interest in graphic design and a knowledge of current trends
• 2-3 years industry experience
• The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
• A background of working as part of a team
• The ability to see projects through from inception to production
• Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
• Strong eye for detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Concept visualisation by gathering information, creating mood boards, and the ability to talk through an idea
• Work with VP of Creative and marketing team
• Prepare finished creative for publishing to platforms
• Assisting team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Creation of bannerware across Google and other social platforms
