What you will be doing:

• Using existing and acquired footage, edit, and produce a broad range of video and still based content including promotional and campaigns related video to TV or website, instructional and information videos, and social shorts
• Lead the organisational structure of the Content Team’s Project Folder System
• Lead in building and maintaining a Content Library (consisting of video & still footage)
• Demonstrate clear knowledge of codecs & export settings for final delivery of all content (design & still) based on Web / CRM / Social & OOH / TV assets.
• Implement new ways of working to enhance and streamline productions across video and design
• Advise on Production Shoots where need be
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative solutions to creative video and design briefs can be found and delivered
• Ensure all creative pieces meet brief and deadlines, uphold brand guidelines and conform to applicable brand standards - ensuring a high level of quality for all projects
• Quality Control Projects to ensure brand and industry standards are met and kept, utilising best practice knowledge

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience of video production & design
• Proficient with Adobe Suite (Adobe Premier Pro and AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Work well under pressure with the ability to resolve problems and generate ideas and concepts
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner and ability to build great relationships
• Innovative, with creative flair, excellent attention to detail
• Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple video projects from concept to completion
• Able to lead on creative execution and build from briefs
