Performing Risk Assessments across the active data base, review and verification of received documentation and making an alalytical risk assessment for all clients. Periodic evaluations according to policies and procedures. Investigate high risk clients. Effective communication with relevant parties
Track transaction in Cage, CMP, Table View and Hess.
Fix transactions in CMP
Full understanding and knowledge of the goAML system
Registering of entities/MLCO/MLRO
Managing message board/Section 27 requests
Managing all reports
Process of Remediating Failed reports
Reconcile message board to CRS tool
Submit manual transactions STR,SAR, CTR and CTR
Main Resposibilites
XML and WEB reports to be checked
CRS Bally checked daily for successful batches, pre-validations and submitted status.
Reports to be archived before FIC deletes.
Submitted and Not Submitted reports to be scrutinized daily.
Find solutions to why reports are rejected and correct them in a specific time frame to meet deadlines.
Manage daily communications between Peermont and FIC Helpdesk – message board not working, delayed communication on submitted/rejected reports, CRS Bally/IT offline.
Manage changes on FIC reporting goAML system.
Assisting MLRO/MLCO on problems.
A complete audit to be done at each Unit.(at least 3 x audits per year)
