    Group HR Systems Specialist

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
    The main purpose of the position is to provide specialist global system support for:

    • All the Human Capital Management modules on SuccessFactors
    • Cloud for Customer
    • Other systems supported under HR Global support.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Analyse business needs and gaps to provide best practice solutions and specialist support to all the divisions in the group.
    • Manage and coordinate the maintenance, configuration, customisation and implementation of the Group HR system enhancements.
    • Manage system upgrade releases for all supported systems.
    • Research new or changed functionalities relating to systems under HR Global support and Group systems that are supported.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, third party consultants and divisional teams to enhance and build best practice systems.

    Required Education

    • A B-degree / Diploma in Human resources or a related qualification

    Required Experience

    • Required experience: A minimum of three (3) years Human Resources generalist experience
    • Desired experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in supporting and understanding the back-end of an HR system e.g. SAP, VIP, Workday
