Group HR Systems Specialist
- Job Type Full Time

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The main purpose of the position is to provide specialist global system support for:
- All the Human Capital Management modules on SuccessFactors
- Cloud for Customer
- Other systems supported under HR Global support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Analyse business needs and gaps to provide best practice solutions and specialist support to all the divisions in the group.
- Manage and coordinate the maintenance, configuration, customisation and implementation of the Group HR system enhancements.
- Manage system upgrade releases for all supported systems.
- Research new or changed functionalities relating to systems under HR Global support and Group systems that are supported.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, third party consultants and divisional teams to enhance and build best practice systems.
Required Education
- A B-degree / Diploma in Human resources or a related qualification
Required Experience
- Required experience: A minimum of three (3) years Human Resources generalist experience
- Desired experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in supporting and understanding the back-end of an HR system e.g. SAP, VIP, Workday
