Job Description

• Compiling, analysing, and providing relevant information to top and operating management.
• Monitor management information system for Brits plant to help review performance of plant and individual functions.
• Compiles and presents business plan for Brits Plant.
• Governance & control CTG standards and guidelines including, risk management.
• Management of the performances of the CTG Plant Controllers in line with the Company procedures and processes.
• Plan, track and organize the activities of the cost accounting function.
• Co-ordination of cost centre reports & present to HOD’s / management.
• Cost tracking of margin, material, and overheads costs.
• Prepare & report risk and opportunities.
• Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis.
• Monthly business reporting to CTG-HoD per division (SEG, ED, Brakes, AE, NBF & Trading goods).
• Prepare, analyse, and report loss to leaders.
• Co-ordinate monthly discussion on cost development in management group.
• Co-ordinate and controlling of QGC’s (Cost developments).
• Projects calculations for planned investments in Brits Plants.
• Project calculations for new Customer projects and tracking of running projects to ensure profitability.
• Co-ordination of yearly business plan and current forecast.
• Governance & control controlling standards according to C/FIR guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCom Degree in Cost Management Accounting or equivalent
