Group Processing Manager at Oza Holdings

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for all aspects of mineral processing activities within the Group
• Responsible to ensure production, maintenance, recovery and cost targets are achieved
• Prepare budgets, operating and processing plans and prepare forecasts
• Collaborate with key departments such as mining operations, engineering, and geology
• Monthly reporting
• Ensure continuous improvement of the Group processing plants
• Manage all contractors used for the processing plants, ensuring that KPI are met
• Ensure compliance to HSE

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in a similar role within the mining sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of coal and magnetite processing
• In-depth understanding of mining regulations, environmental laws, and compliance standards
• Strong track record of managing complex projects
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
