    Group RFP Controller

    About the job

    • The Group RFP (Request for Proposal) Controller plays a key administrative and programming function, supporting the Groups Principal and Senior management with Requests for Proposals from potential clients, resource allocations, monitoring fee projections and billing according to the work program.
    • The Group RFP Controller will interface with Group Management, the Financial Director, and the Architectural Teams and will support company operations by maintaining office systems and reporting back to Management as required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
    The primary function of this role is to manage;

    • Contracts / Fees / Legal – coordinating contracts, fee proposals and the documentation thereof
    • Team Programming - Management and planning of resources
    • Tracking production
    • Monitoring of work stage delivery and completion (including duration and deliverables)
    • Monitoring of fee projections and billings according to program

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CRITERIA

    • Minimum 5 years work experience in a Senior Administrative position
    • Administrative / Legal or Financial qualification or experience advantageous
    • Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – articulate and diplomatic. Fluency in both written and spoken English, with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
    • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite & VantagePoint (advantageous.)
    • Able to work independently and take initiative in response to instruction and demonstrate a proactive approach to daily tasks
