    Guest Relations Agent

    • Team Africa Stays are hiring we are looking for a highly skilled organized guest relations associate. This a huge opportunity to get involved and be part of the core team launching this business. The role will see being involved on our guest management team, helping schedule organize and book in guests, give advice on tourism options and help make their stay magical. You will have access to a tech platform and phone that will help you manage your check ins which means you can work from anywhere! We have a fantastic supportive team that are ready to work with you! We have an ops team that will work alongside you to coordinate our fleet of housekeepers, drivers, concierge team and rescue runners. Providing a 5* quality service to our guests and hosts, in this role you will be responsible for ensuring all in-stay guest issues are dealt with speedily and efficiently!

    What will you be doing?

    • Answering inbound and making outbound calls to resolve guest issues
    • Responding to all issues and queries in a timely manner
    • Working with external and internal teams to solve guest issues and queries.
    • Developing strong partnerships with external stakeholders in the process.
    • Working hard to achieve targeted NPS scoring
    • Using you initiative when reducing refunds balanced with the client's expectation
    • Having demonstrable skills of time management and prioritising heavy workload and tasks

    What will you bring?

    • Hospitality related degree or diploma
    • Previous guest relation or customer service experience required.
    • Great communication and telephone etiquette
    • We operate on a 7 days, 24X7. Therefore you need to be flexible in terms of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
    • Ability to problem solve and deal with guests in a professional and calm manner.
    • You are a team player who can adapt to different needs of the business.
