Key Performance Areas
Manages, co-ordinates and administers the Community, Arts & Culture Development functions, operations and services within a sub-area
Manages and develops the human resources in the sub area
Ensures programme delivery through the implementation of programmes related to: Early Childhood Development (ECD), Youth Development, Reducing Rough Sleepers, Substance Abuse, Gender, Vulnerable Groups
Manages and maintains the City’s facilities and assets within the area
Plans, manages and controls the use of financial resources assigned to the branch
Manages projects, throughout the design, implementation and evaluation phase
Manages and maintains effective internal and external stakeholder engagement
Manages the administration related to the area of control
