Head, IT Portfolio, Finance Regulatory at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• To advise, plan & report on the assigned IT Portfolio technology enabling implementation of the Business strategy. To deliver the portfolio technology mandate across the Group, overseeing delivery execution in country and shared execution.. To manage and take ownership of the fit for purpose portfolio technology toolbox throughout the full life cycle. To verify and evaluate local market outcomes to measure the efficacy of the toolbox and improve and innovate as required.

Qualifications

• Foundation in Azure management (AZ-900) and Data (DP-900) with a preference for further cloud certification and data management, including FinOps practices
• Agile/SAFE certification
• At least 10 years in IT, with significant experience in cloud computing, data management, and regulatory compliance with a minimum of 5 - 7 years experience working in agile environments
• Experience in senior IT leadership positions, demonstrating the ability to manage large teams and complex projects
• Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects, preferably using agile methodologies
• Experience in management large Software as a service providers, and services in line with this
