Researching, initiating, planning and implementation of strategies
Advice and support line in the establishment of Learning Academy
Implementation Committees.
Developing a strategy to capacitate line to identify and develop
Learning Academy programmes & business processes
Work in partnership with Line Departments and all relevant Sectoral
Education, Training Authority (SETA’s) including but not limited to Local Government SETA (LGSETA), Energy SETA (E-SETA) etc. to develop and agree on implementation time frames
Develop learner contracts and facilitate on boarding process and managing of Learning Academy budget.
Identifying additional funding for Learning Academy programmes and facilitate the accessing of these funds from SETAs via the City of

Appraising performance levels, setting objectives and measuring accomplishment or establishing reasons for non-conformance.
