• Your role will effectively be the Head of Business Development for this exciting and entrepreneurial retail brand that has been an excellent South African success story. One of the few enterprises that have demonstrated growth this year, our client is a QSR business with a health and wellness focus. They value great people and are looking for an exceptional individual with a track record of success within the retail real estate market.

Tasks shall include but not be limited to:

• New retails sites - finding new retail store locations;
• New lease negotiations;
• Existing lease renewals;
• New format store development;
• Outdoor portfolio (eg food truck, events, etc);
• Managing all corporate and franchise store builds and revamps, including preparations of budgets.

Ideally, you should have a track record of success (min 5 years) within a similar role, and you need to hold a tertiary qualification in finance or real estate. Experience with the QSR (quick-service restaurant) industry will be highly beneficial.
