As the Head of Business Growth, you’ll spearhead customer relationship building, market positioning, and innovative marketing initiatives to propel company products and solutions forward. Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of successful sales leadership
• At least 2 years in the transformation/BBBEE industry selling learnerships
• In-depth knowledge of BBBEE and SETA skills development landscape
• Strong background in business development or sales, with experience in both private small business and corporate settings
• Advanced proficiency in business development strategies and marketing techniques
• Demonstrated ability in lead qualification and new business development
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a broad network and proven team management experience
