Job Description

• The Sr. Manager, Facility Management, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Real Estate management, including maintenance, safety, security, Transport, and environmental compliance.
• Your role will be critical in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, cost-effective, and conducive to a productive work environment.
• This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well maintained
• Implement efficient facility management processes and best practices. 
• Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance and support in their roles
• Manage the day-to-day operations of company Transport services, Ensuring an cost effective and efficient process
• Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork within the department
• Develop and manage the facility management budget, including cost control measures and expenditure tracking
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining facility standards
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair projects
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective services
• Oversee safety protocols and compliance with regulations, including emergency preparedness and environmental sustainability
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and expansions as required
• Coordinate project teams and monitor project progress
• Maintain an accurate inventor of facility assets and equipment
• Develop and implement asset maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan. 
• Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and address concerns
• Provide regular updates on facility performance and projects 

Additional Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 10+ Years of Experience (with 2-4 years of Progressive Mgmt. experience) preferred. 
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
• Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry.
• Demonstrates business acumen. 
• Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
