You will oversee the People Operations and Talent Acquisition initiatives for current and future workforce. You will be supported by a team in ensuring the internal systems of a high-growth tech support scale. This is a unique opportunity to join an established tech company that is expanding globally and directly support our management team in key decision-making. People are our most important asset and in this role, you will ensure that we have a happy and productive workplace where the team is enabled and supported to work towards our mission. Promoting our core values and shaping a positive culture will be a vital aspect of your responsibilities. You will also direct our Talent Management function and oversee talent acquisition for all departments within the group to attract A-players. You will oversee performance and level reviews for the entire group, strategizing to retain and develop the best talent. You will make training & development plans for all our teams, and train department leads on matters crucial to the business such as planning for talent acquisition and retention within their teams.
