About the position

Project delivery

• Succesful delivery of business technology solution programmes to enable business strategy-
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards in delivery of technology solutions
• Design the projects' scope, component parts into projects with clear scope boundaries and objectivesProgramme planning, design, and management to ensure delivery against scope at the required quality, within time, and budget to realise business benefits.
• Effective management of third party contributions to the programme
• Management of the programme budget
• PMO
• Define the PMO governance standards, goals, and objectves
• Effective management of programme interdependencies and interfaces between projects, scope, risks and issues.
• Ensure adequate resourcing of the program from a capability and capacity perspectiveBook of work prioritization
• Capacity management and resource allocation
• Financial management
• accurate reporting and recovery of costs across the portfolio
• Co-ordination of new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits
• Report progress of the programme at regular intervals to the relevant programme governance forum

• To plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications.
