What is needed:
A relevant tertiary qualification is a big plus
You need at least 12+ years experience leading product teams and a proven history of successful B2C products and you know how B2B works.
Experience in payments or fintech is a must.
You need to have built and led successful product teams and launched B2C products that people actually use. Deep technical skills will make you stand out.
You need to be a strategic thinker who can create a product vision and roadmap that helps the company grow and change.
You need expert knowledge of how to manage B2C and B2B products.
