Head of Sales & Distribution at Robert Walters

Role Description:

• Executive Sales & Product Distribution role, to manage, develop, and grow the Admed business.

Description/ Duties

• Full responsibility for the Admed business
• Full Financial responsibility (budgeting, monthly management accounts and annual reporting)
• Preparation of a monthly EXCO report on the status of the business
• Responsible for client experience and product growth
• Management of Complaints Management function
• Continuous visits to Admed distribution brokers (medical aid brokers)
• Continuous search of profitable distribution channels to advances sales of the Admed Gap Cover Product
• Project Management
• Co-ordinate Ops, Compliance, Channels & product development for the whole function

Qualifications:

• Min 7+ years in Financial Service industry with focus on Sales & Product Development (Insurance/Medical aid preferred)
• Experience at a Senior level
• Strong eye for streamlining processes
• Leadership experience
• Relevant completed tertiary qualification (Degree)
• RE1 (FAIS)
