    Head of Sales

    Essential Requirements for this position are:

    • 5+ years work experience successfully managing an enterprise sales team of at least 8 people as a Head of Sales, Commercial Director or Revenue Officer.
    • 5+ years work experience delivering complex Enterprise sales with >1 year deal cycle and >5m ZAR deal value
    • Evidence of long term relationships that you have built externally (with Enterprise customers) and internally (with company leadership)
    • Evidence of strategic sales initiatives that you have designed and implemented
    • Working knowledge of marketing to large enterprises
    • Working knowledge of technical enterprise product management
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
    • Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or similar
    • Post Graduate University degree in Sciences, Commerce or Finance with great results

    Further Advantageous Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of the Financial Services / Enterprise corporate sales environment
    • Formal training in negotiation skills
    • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, principles, processes and metrics
    • Experience in Fintech, Edtech, SaaS, or Marketplace startup
