Minimum Requirements

• N6 Management Assistant.

Post Description
Assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties as assigned, including:

• Receiving telephone calls;
• Rendering customer service;
• Information processing (memoranda, letters, e-mail, internet, minutes, etc.);
• Filing of documentation and records;
• Collection of post/faxes and distribution to relevant staff as required;
• Data capturing;
• Assisting with registration of students;
• ITS capturing.

Candidates Are Required To Complete And Submit By Hand:

• A NEW Z83: Application for Employment Form, effective from 01 January 2021 (those who use the old Z83 will be disqualified), obtainable from any Public Service Department and from this website when you click on the APPLY NOW button below;
• Curriculum Vitae including at least three (3) contactable references, with email addresses;
• Original certified copies of academic record (transcript);
• Original certified copies of Matric Certificate and Certificates for N4-N6;
• Original certified copy of Identity Document, both sides.
